The remodel has been completed! The landscaping is in and the apartments are move-in ready.

All 1-bedrooms have been leased, so come and secure one of the three remaining studio apartments before they're gone!  The rent includes ALL utilities - water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi internet!

There will be an Open House every Sunday from 10am - 2pm until these last three apartments are rented. Spanish translation available at the Open House, and applications are being taken and approvals issued on-site!

​Click on the "Apply" link under the apartment you want to lease on the "Browse" page to complete your application online, or bring your government-issued photo ID, proof of income, a $45 application fee and $425 deposit to the next Open House to secure your apartment.
