Move-in Fees and Deposits
Rent due at move-in:
The first month's rent is due upon move-in, which amount will be prorated for move-ins that fall on a date other than the 1st. (For example, if you move in on January 15th, then rent will be due at move-in for January 15-31. February rent will then be due February 1st.)
Fees and Deposits required at move-in:
Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent)
Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee ($300 plus 2.3% tax)
Additional Fees payable with monthly rent:
Monthly Utility & Pest Control Fee ($155.00/mo)
City of Phoenix Privilege Tax (2.3%)

Qualification Requirements
- Pets are not permitted.
- Total household income must be at least 3 times the rent.
- Credit is considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Bankruptcies must be discharged or on a current payment plan.
- Evictions less than 5 years old with unsatisfied money judgments are not accepted without proof of a current payment arrangement.
- Felony convictions are considered on a case-by-case basis with proof that sentencing and probation requirements are in progress or satisfied.
Application Instructions
Each occupant 18 years or older must complete an application and pay the non-refundable application fee.

STEP 2: Send your proof of income (see below) and a copy of the front and back of your government-issued photo ID by email to applications@candidrealtypros.com or by fax to 888-341-8030. (Be sure to reference Aurora Apartments and the unit number you are applying for in the subject line of your email or fax.)

- Copies of your paystubs for the last two months (W-2 employees)
- Copy of your current SSI award letter (retired or disabled)
- Copies of your last three bank statements showing all deposits (self-employed)
- Copies of the first two pages of your last two years' tax returns (self-employed)
